Sitting on nothing.

Seems like an accurate title. I drew this while waiting for what would become the greatest D&D session I have ever had. The guys there seemed pretty impressed with her. Of course I see her flaws, one of them is probably what gives this its title, but then again, I kinda like that about her. She's not actually emo, she doesn't look happy, but that's just the expression that she told me she wanted. It looks like she's thinking about something, or, that she wants you to go away. I'm not sure if her eyes are actually that big, but, it was how she wanted to look. I'm not sure what the markings on her body mean, but I am sure they mean something. You should ask her, assuming she won't unleash something upon you.

I'm not sure why I like fairies so much. It could have started a lot of ways, but, there is just something about them. I like winged humanoids in general actually, as much as I like water, I prefer them to mermaids and the like.

There's something magical about the wings. No matter what kind they are, bat, dragon (don't let me go into a rant...), insectoid, bird/angel... they are all symbols of strength and immense beauty. But no matter how beautiful or strong a wing is, it still has a certain element of frailty. With damaged wings, a flight enabled being is weakened. Yet, I don't think the beauty is lost, just the power.

Anyways, I am going too deep into thought. X3 I like fey because they are fun and wing based designs really appeal to me. This isn't too wing based, but, I like the colours I guess. ;;; anyways, I'll just post it.
