I really don't like markers... and yet they are probably my favourite media to work in. I know I didn't make any sense just there... I guess what I mean is, there are so many kinds of markers and qualities... this is mostly done in sorta... well they are above normal markers, but way below copics. I think they are below Prismacolor as well, although they are probably comparable. Anyways, I was so unimpressed by how it turned out, that I went over it in pen and sharpie and fine point markers and brush pens, and the overall result I don't hate. I don't hate it enough that I am uploading it. XD
Gallade is my favourite Diamond and Pearl Pokemon. Thus, I felt like venting some frustration and general down mood with drawing it. I think I do feel a bit better even if the actual drawing was a little frustrating itself. XD |

in any case, the fusion of colours creates great shading, especially on his head, though I'm impressed with how loose he colour is on his legs while still creating shade.
Plus, every black marker line has a "mario strikers" look to it. Far too impressive for your own good
